What is it like to be a travel experience specialist at Vici Travels? 
When our clients have questions: you track down answers and find solutions, taking initiative to assign, and follow-up on their needs and desires.
Here's what this means:
  • Answer destination-related queries to identify potential leads.

  • Interface with guests prior to their travel dates via email and phone with the objective of ensuring an excellent guest experience.

  • Gather information about the guests to establish accurate profiles.

  • Anticipate their needs and take initiative so that their experience exceeds expectations.

  • Confirm booked services with supplier prior to guest arrival when needed.

  • Respond to all requests during the guest’s stay: reservations, transportation, etc...

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests and suppliers.

  • When guests are experiencing travel delays, inform any impacted service providers.

  • Interface with the various suppliers prior to guest’s travel to ensure a smooth arrival.

  • Complete accurate and timely scheduling and dispatching of tasks.

The ideal candidate:

  • 3 years+ of service industry experience.

  • Effective at prioritizing, multitasking, following-up and delivering on commitments.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish. French and Mandarin an asset.

  • Flexible work hours to accommodate guests.

  • A proactive attitude and the ability to act quickly and decisively.

  • Tech Savvy
